Allison Alexander- Founder/Mom
At just 23 years old, Allison left her home in Florida to begin a life-changing family for young women and girls in Honduras. She has been in Honduras for over 20 years now, building a life and home for her family, while also growing the EFP vision.
Sara White
Sara first visited EFP on a short-term mission trip in 2007, at 14 years old. For years, she continued to come down both on teams and by herself to volunteer. She moved down in 2016, to become a full-time volunteer with EFP. She assists with communications, admin, the University Program, household needs, team visits, and fundraising.
Irma Serrano
She formerly worked for IHNFA (child services) and has known Allison since near the beginning of EFP, introducing Allison to many of her now daughters. She joined our team full-time as our legal advisor and secretary. She assists with needs like adoptions, visas, household, organization, and so much more!
